The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plat as prepared by Roger W. Ray & Assoc., Inc
dated 25 June 2021, and finds it generally acceptable.

A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
