RE: Building Separation Distance - Earlysville Forest,a)0 )
I am in receipt of a memorandum dated June 10, 1987 from Mr.
Jenkins that states that a property owned by, Mr. Jeremy
Tuttle in Earlysville Forest has improvements on site for
use in fire fighting that would provide the equivalent of a
separation of 100 ' from the nearest adjacent residence. That
improvement is a swimming pool in this case which is
accessible for a water supply for fighting a fire if .
necessary. Based on that notification, it is my opinion,
that building separation in this case can be decreased and
the conditions of approval that Earlysville Forest would not
be violated.

SUBJECT: Building Seperation Distance - Earlysville Forest
Kenny Thacker requested me to determine if a property owner in
Earlysville Forest, Mr. Jeremy Tuttle, could reduce the building
seperation distance of 100 ' minimum to add an addition on to his
home.
After looking at the property, the home owner does have a swimming
pool that can be accessible as a water supply for fighting a fire
if necessary. Therefore, since the owner wants to reduce the mini-
mum seperation distances by twelve feet, and he has an available
water sourcelI have no objection to this request.
