Wayne Cilimberg, Director of Planning & Community bay Development DATE: March 25, 1994 RE: Building Separation Distance - Earlysville Forest (PUD) I am in receipt of a memorandum dated March 23, 1994 from Carl Pumphrey, Fire & Rescue Division Chief, that states that based on fire flow requirements, the availability of a dry hydrant and a static water supply nearby, he concurs with the request for reduction in setback from 100 feet to 90 feet for the addition proposed on property owned by Dr. John Gruss. (See attached) . Based on that modification, it is my opinion, that building separation in this case can be decreased and the conditions of approval that Earlysville Forest would not be violated. Based on fire flow requirements, the availability of a dry hydrant and a static water supply nearby, I concur with the request for reduction in separation from 100 feet to 90 feet .
