SP-85-99 - Ballard Ridge Subdivision: Soils on this site consist of Toccoa fine sandy
loam, Chewacla loam, Riverview loam, Cullen loam, Chester loam and Ashe loam. The
Toccoa, Chewacla and Riverview are floodplain soils subject to annual flooding. The
Cullen and Chester are deep, well drained soils found on ridges and gentle slopes.
The Ashe ,is a shallow soil found on the steeper slopes.

Riverrun Phase 6 (Chatham Wood) Soils in this area consist of Albemarle fine sandy
loam, Culpeper fine sandy loam, Hazel loam and Louisburg loam. The Albemarle and
Culpeper soils are found on the gentle slopes. They are moderately deep with hard
rock at 40 inches. The Louisburg and Hazel are very shallow with rock at 20-40
inches. These soils are very erosive especially with the steep slopes involved at
this site.

ZMA -85-33 Earlysville Forest PUD, Tract B Amendment Soils in this area consist
of Hayesville loam and Ashe loam. The Hayesville is a deep, well drained soil found
on ridges and gentle slopes. The Ashe is a shallow soil found on steeper slopes.
