This subdivision is being created for the two dwellings existing prior to October 14, 2009.
We would like to replace the previously submitted plat by Steven L. Key with the attached Subdivision Plat.
I have also attached soils information that was provided to us, and a completed Application and Checklist.
Mr. Mimms has paid the $581 portion of the application fee and he will be submitting payment for the
remaining $355.00 (Groundwater Assessment) as noted in your comment number 14.

I have this subdivision plat under review that is a two -lot subdivision that will need private wells and septic systems. The
applicant has provided a soils report (dated from 2007) and a copy of their proposed plat. I have also attached a copy of
the County's transmittal letter requesting VDH review of this application.

Please find attached a Subdivision Plat that we prepared for Edward Paul Mimms of T.M. 72-19.
This subdivision is being created for the two dwellings existing prior to October 14, 2009.
We would like to replace the previously submitted plat by Steven L. Key with the attached Subdivision Plat.
I have also attached soils information that was provided to us, and a completed Application and Checklist.
Mr. Mimms has paid the $581 portion of the application fee and he will be submitting payment for the
remaining $355.00 (Groundwater Assessment) as noted in your comment number 14.
