Thank you for your comments dated May 20, 2021, on the above referenced project. Below are our responses to the
comments on the VSMP.
A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
1. Section IIF has been left blank.
2. This sheet has been revised to add a label for the overall site's limits of disturbance. The limits of
disturbance line has been made bolder so that it is easier to see.
3. Legend and labels have been added to these exhibits, except fuel storage because, as reviewer has
pointed out —site is at a gas station.
4. Developer information has been updated.
5. SWPPP Cover sheet has been revied to include WPO number.
6. This comment is acknowledged. Copy of VAR10 permit has been removed and registration statement
is included with SWPPP.
B. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
1. "100YR FLOODPLAIN" labels have been removed.
2. This comment is acknowledged and the nutrient credit purchase process is ongoing.
3. Typical riprap section dimensions have been added to sheet 8.
4. A SECTION OF THE Emergency spillway has been added to sheet 9. Spot shots around spillway section
and a hatch have been added to the detention basin detail on sheet 9.
5. Cover sheet has been updated to include WPO number.
6. This comment is acknowledged.
7. This comment is acknowledged.
8. Calculations Packet title sheet has been revised to include WPO number.
C. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP)
1. Sediment Trap Calculations/Design Table is provided on sheet 5.
2. Floor dimensions of sediment trap have been added.
D. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP)
1. Items from A.(SWPPP) have been addressed per above.
