Hope you had a nice Memorial weekend.
Please find attached a pdf copy of the plat for the Meadows.
Each of the Merrick brothers sign for The Meadows Four Brothers LLC as member.
We received comments from Louisa County and have addressed those and also revised the western most
boundary lines (from points A to B to C).
Please review the revised plat and let us know if it is ready for owners notarized signatures and county
signatures.

Good morning, and "happier New Year" to you.
I just go the following from the Virginia Outdoor Foundation:
Justin Altice (VOF): I can confirm that the proposed BLA to dissolve one of the existing Albemarle County TMPs (51-22B1)
into Albemarle County TMP 51-22B2 is conducive to the terms of the Deed of Easement held by VOF on the property.
So that is a "no objection".
So, the one comment remaining I forwarded you on 12/23/2020 is the only one still to be addressed.
