Mr. Bonner:
I will send you any additional comments that I have received during my
absense first thing on Monday morning. I would like to explain the site
review process, as the meeting that occured on the 4th of October is
part of
that process. I have attached the site review schedule for your
reference.
You submitted the plans on Monday September 10th, the site review
committee
meeting was then scheduled for October 4th. This meeting was an informal
meeting, no minutes were taken. Generally what occurs is the applicant
(you)
attends the meeting to ask questions concerning the comments that were
given. We also invite adjacent owners to attend the meeting to ask any
questions that they may have for the county or the applicant. You should
have received a letter inviting you to attend this meeting, and I
apologize
if this letter was never received by you, I believe it went out the
Friday
before the meeting.
After the site review committee meeting you have 10 days to submit
revisions, which will be on October 15th. If you do not submit revisions
before or on this date there will be a $65 resubmittal fee. Also, an
adjacent owner or member of the planning commission can formally call
the
application up for review to the planning commission by this date, which
has
occured in this case. At the moment the planning commission date is set
for
November 20th. After we receive revisions we as staff will write a staff
report for the commission to review. You will get a copy of this report
approximately a week before the planning commission date.
I am still not at the office, but will check to see if there was a list
of
those who attended the meeting on October 4th. Please let me know if you
have any questions about the process, or if it is unclear

When do I get additional comments? Apparently there was a meeting with

neighborhood last Thursday at 10:00? Are there minutes of the meeting
and a
list of who attended and who spoke?
