When you've a moment,please sign the 4 plats that accompany SWM facility deed and deed of dedication of public drainage
for this project left on the small table in Zoning open space(where you always sign)—didn't want to knock or disturb meeting
in progress—please send a quick note when I may pick up(table or my mailbox is fine). Thanks for your help with this,Francis,

Deeds are executed. Plats should be signed in an hour,or so(Authorized Agent in meeting). We are closed,today. I will be
glad to deliver deeds/plats to your office(for recordation)later this afternoon(including the Mylar for Ray Surveying),and
know where that is on E.Main St.—a short walk from COB/McIntire.

Thanks for your note; items(deeds/copy of plat)have been transmitted to Albemarle County Attorney's Office/County
Executive for signature and execution. We will let you know when items are returned to CDD,at which point original plats will
be approved by an Authonzed Agent,and left in CDD lobby for pickup and recordation. We appreciate your help and patience.
