This development proposal is scheduled for the Site Review Committee meeting-on the date listed below The applicant's attendance is not mandatory, although it may be requested by the County Regardless of whether the applicant will be attending, the County staff will be available for consultation on the Site Review Committee meeting date at 10.00 a.m., in Room 235 of the County Office Building on McIntire Road in Charlottesville. This meeting will be an informal session with the Site Review Committee to discuss issues and share information. The development proposal will be reviewed and approved, subject to compliance with applicable ordinances, by the Site Review Committee. To assure the file information is ready for your viewing and to allow staff to be available to help with any questions, we encourage you to schedule a viewing time. Please call 296-5832 ext. 3272 during, business hours(8 a.m -5 p m., Mon-Fri)to schedule an appointment. While an appointment is not required, we do give priority to those with appointments.
