The Crozet Master Plan update is currently in the final phase of the project: Plan Draft, Review & Adoption. Staff presented the questions listed below for Commission feedback. The Commission's response and recommendations are summarized below each question. Q1 — Do the identified Catalyst Projects support the Plan's Guiding Principles and the County's Comprehensive Plan? Do you have any suggested changes to the list of Catalyst Projects or Future Projects? The Commission recommended the following changes to the Implementation Projects: Priority Sidewalk Connections —All sidewalk projects (Transportation 2A), Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing Survey & Recommendations (Land Use 3A), and Downtown Neighborhoods Architectural and Cultural Resources Study (Land Use 2A) should be changed to Catalyst Projects DCD Zoning Updates, Residential Zoning Update to Allow for Natural Resource Preservation (Conservation 4E), County Lighting Requirements Update (Land Use 4C), Affordable/Workforce Housing Priority Review Process (Land Use 3C), and Crozet Transit Plan (Transportation 3A) should be changed to Future Projects Q2 — Is the draft Master Plan consistent with the County s Comprehensive Plan? Commissioners unanimously agreed that the draft Master Plan is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan 03 — Do you have anv feedback or suacested chances to the draft content of the draft 2021 Crozet Master Plan? Commissioners shared feedback and questions with staff about the Draft Master Plan. Several Commissioners suggested minor edits to plan content. More details can be found in the meeting minutes.
