However,should we expand the SOP to state which dams are"high hazard dam that meets all requirements of the regulations"already and to state we don't need to send that information to DCR? No spillway expansion is needed. As for the South Fork Rivanna Dam, it is not regulated by the State it is regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. I have no authority over that dam,at this time. So,we are submitting it for your review. This project is a portion of a rezoned project(ZMA1996-24). Unfortunately the submitted Initial Site Plan does not show the inundation line. I will definitely include that in my comments unless DRC's comments cover it. I am sending you this link below for accessing the PDF of the submitted plan.The SRC meeting for this project is next week 4/5/18.
