Chris,
My comment is to have the area marked as sewer easement as"space reserved for future sewer". With this call out
rather than an easement, RWSA won't require construction drawings prior to plat approval.

Meadowcreek watershed.
2. [14-303.L.] Provide deed bk.-pg. ref.to Ex.ACSA easement across property, if any exists.
3. [14-304] Include note that preserved steep slopes exist on parcel (Lot 1 and
residue). Recommend show preserved steep slopes,graphically.
4. [14-316] Engineering defers to VDOT and Planning on whether an approved entrance from
the residue parcel onto Rio Road is required at this point, or not. If it is, ensure VDOT
approves proposed entrance location and geometry from Rio Road onto residue of TMP 61-
191.
5. Recommend note that Meadow Creek is centered on SE boundary of property.
