I've attached a copy of the private street maintenance agreement for review by the County Attorney. Once I have your
approval we'll get the document notarized and return it and the plats to your office.Thanks for your continued

The first plat has been recorded and I have referenced same on the attached #2 plat.
Unless you know of anything else I believe we are ready to print and sign/notarize so Mr. Lovell can deliver to you for

Ed,
I just received VDH's approval for the soil work associated with SUB2019-57(see attached).The only two items remaining before
SUB2019-57 can be approved are a private street maintenance agreement approved by the County Attorney and phase 1 being
recorded in the Clerk's office.
The next step should be for you to record Step 1 in the Clerk's office and provide me a recordation receipt of that action.frhen once
that is completed you should revise the private street maintenance agreement with the appropriate information.Once I receive the
revise private street maintenance agreement from you.I'll send it to the County Attorney to review.Once he approves the private
street maintenance agreement then we can approve the fmal_plat for SUB2019-57(step 2)i

No,we have not heard anything from VDH. It's still very early as they take a little longer than other reviewers. But I
transmitted the soil work to them and they should be reviewing it.
