The next step should be for you to record Step 1 in the Clerk's office and provide me a recordation receipt of that action.Then once that is completed you should revise the private street maintenance agreement with the appropriate information.Once I receive`the revise private street maintenance agreement from you I'll send it to the County Attorney to review.Once he approves the private street maintenance agreement then we can approve the fmal plat for SUB2019-57(step 2). It's still very early as they take a little longer than other reviewers. But I transmitted the soil work to them and they should be reviewing it.
