I'll be in touch with Tom to see when we can meet. Do you have time on Monday or Tuesday of next week? I've also put a call into Jeff Loth to start the soil work for the reserve drain field. This plat can be approved now. However,before I approve it I wanted to talk with you and the owners about step 2 (SUB2019-57), which was not approved by the Health Department yet, as the existing home does not have a reserve drainfield associated with it,prior to VDH approval of step 2 a reserve drainfield will need to be located, depicted on the plat, and soil work provided(see VDH Josh Kirtley's email explaining this). If you have questions give me a call and lets discuss. Let me know how you wish to proceed.
