He would like you to revise the document by utilizing the updated Private Improvement Maintenance Agreement Template available at the following link: http://www.albemarle.org/upload/images/forms center/departments/Community Development/forms/Subdivision Applications/Private_Improvement Maintenance_Agreement Template.docx. Please redo the Agreement using this form and submit it to me via email as a proposed final draft in MS-Word format before signing it.That way,we can make any needed changes before the owners(re-)sign the document. For your questions related to SUB2019-57,yes,there will also need to be a separate private street maintenance agreement for the private street associated with SUB2019-57 because that proposed private street is how the back lot (Parcel 3)is being provided frontage to permit that subdivision. It may be a good idea to focus on Step 1 first(SUB2019- 56),and then once its completed come back and begin work on Step 2(SUB2019-57).This way nothing gets confused. When you do draft up this private street maintenance agreement please use the template provided by the County Attorney in the above link. When are you going to submit the soil work to me?Please give me a call if you have any questions. thanks Christopher Perez I Senior Planner Department of Community Development(County of Albemarle,Virginia 401 McIntire Road I Charlottesville,VA 22902 434.296.5832 ext.3443 From: Ed Lovell<Iovelle53@gmail.com> Sent:Tuesday,September 24, 2019 5:41 PM 1 To:Christopher Perez<cperez@albei.._..e.org> - Cc:Seth Lovell<seth@olivetpresbyterian.org>; Lovell Eli<EIi.Lovell@permobil.com>;Tom Shumate Jr <tomir@tomshumatesurveyor.com> Subject:SUB2019-57 CAUTION:This message originated outside the County of Albemarle email system. I have a quick question about the maintenance agreement for SUB2019-57.The same person, Eli Lovell will own both properties. Is he required to have a maintenance agreement even though he owns both properties?Yes, he will still need a private street maintenance agreement for the private street associated with SUB2019-57 because the private street is how the back lot is being provided frontage to permit the subdivision. Please use the template provided by the County Attorney in the above link. Thanks for your help on this. I'll look forward to hearing from you. Ed Lovell 2
