I received the revised plats.I am hoping to have my review completed by mid-October. I noticed there was a private street
maintenance agreement for SUB2019-56.Is another one forthcoming for SUB2019-57?

I understand the Lovell's have received the approval to move their shed and I have located its new location as shown on
the attached I have made the revisions/additions as you requested, see attached comments.
I do have a question concerning your comments(see#7 on SUB201900056 and#8 on SUB201900057)you are
requesting to add "The Albemarle County South Fork Rivanna Reservoir Watershed" however GIS show the property to
be in The Stockton Creek water supply watershed" as I have stated on both sheet 2's, which is correct? Also as I
understand both TMP 70-49 and 49B presently have 5 division rights each, I see where each of these resulting
properties will only have one division right, where do the remaining division rights go?
I have also forwarded Mr.Jeff Loth,the soil consultant,the drain field location data to aid in Health Department
approval.
Mr. Ed Lovell believes he will have the road maintenance agreement document ready for'your review later this week.

A building permit is needed before you move the shed. I am CCing Jeff Baker to this email so he can provide
