I do have a question concerning your comments(see#7 on SUB201900056 and#8 on SUB201900057)you are requesting to add "The Albemarle County South Fork Rivanna Reservoir Watershed" however GIS show the property to be in The Stockton Creek water supply watershed" as I have stated on both sheet 2's, which is correct? Also as I understand both TMP 70-49 and 49B presently have 5 division rights each, I see where each of these resulting properties will only have one division right, where do the remaining division rights go? I have also forwarded Mr.Jeff Loth,the soil consultant,the drain field location data to aid in Health Department approval. Mr. Ed Lovell believes he will have the road maintenance agreement document ready for'your review later this week.
