I am back in the office. Please submit the revised private street maintenance agreement for step#2.Once it's submitted
I'll look it over and then send it to the County Attorney for his review and approval. Once the County Attorney approved
it then the plat is ready for approval.

The first plat has been recorded and I have referenced same on the attached#2 plat.
Unless you know of anything else I believe we are ready to print and sign/notarize so Mr. Lovell can deliver to you for
approval signature.

Ed,
I just received VDH's approval for the soil work associated with SUB2019-57(see attached).The only two items remaining before
SUB2019-57 can be approved are a private street maintenance agreement approved by the County Attorney and phase 1 being
recorded in the Clerk's office.
The next step should be for you to record Step 1 in the Clerk's office and provide me a recordation receipt of that action.[Then onc e
that is completed you should revise the private street maintenance agreement with the appropriate information.Once I receive the

No,we have not heard anything from VDH. It's still very early as they take a little longer than other reviewers. But I
transmitted the soil work to them and they should be reviewing it.
