The County Attorney has signed off on the deed for the R/W dedication.Please have the owners sign and notarize both

The right-of-way dedication plat does not require a deed because the dedication is taking place on the
plat. If you insist on a deed I can forward it to the County Attorney for his review and approval.Please
advise.
