Let me know. But thanks for letting me know, I'll tell the applicant and ensure everyone on their team knows this, as they have been asking me for an approval of the plat already. I noticed that the drainfield orientation on Lot D3 has changed from the previously approved design. Andrew Baldwin tells me that the soil consultant has amended the design on D3 and the paperwork will be forthcoming. Those will be in this week.All chris needs to is just to makee sure the drainfield is still within the property lines which it is.All he needs is acknowledgment that it i based on his approval of DID,letter. This project requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. The applicant has provided soil work for Lot D-4 from the original Lot 4 subdivision, which is attached.They also submitted a drainfield exhibit depicting the proposed BLA and the previously approved drainfield locations. Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.2.4, and Chapter 14, Sections 14-309 and 14-310 of the Albemarle County Code._ Should you have any comments please feel free to contact me.
