Attached is VDH's approval letter. The plat is ready for owner signature/notarization. Once signed/notarized
please submit a minimum of two copies of the plat for County approval. Our lobby hours are Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am to 4pm. Please let me know once this has been submitted so I can begin

Chris,Jeff loth has gone back out and remarked the existing drain fields and they are well within the updated boundary
lines and do not cross over the road.Tyler and Brian are going back out to re update the plat showing such. Meaning
the existing, approved VDH drain fields are still within the boundaries and suffice for approval of the plat.Once we

have the updated plat,you can for hat to VDH. Brian,do you still plan to hat back to Chris by tomorrow?

forward the soil work you provided me to VDH's attention. I have one question before I do that.
Specifically with regard to the attached PDF which depicts "Existing approved drainfields" for
Lot D-4. What lot does the drainfeild serve which is depicted over L3 ? Why does this straddle
over a new property line?

Chris, we have confirmed these soils studies work and are still in the existing boundaries for lot d4
boundary adjustment.Windsom orchard rd cuts off a portion of one field as you can see but we as you
can tell still have plenty of area to move that field back over a bit as well as soils have been good in this
area. Can we get this plat approved/signed so we can get the BLA recorded? Or do you need to see
anything else/have questions? I cc'd Jeff and the gents from Roudabush in case
