This letter contains responses to County comments dated February 22, 2021.Our responses are as follows: A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) The SWPPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-405. A SWPPP must contain (1) a PPP, (2) an ESCP, (3) a SWMP, and (4) any TMDL measures necessary. 1. Please complete the newer version of the registration statement. (Rev. 1) Section II. a. a) C. Update — see comment D.6 below This section has been updated to 2.24 acres. b. F. Change `N/A' to `County of Albemarle'. This section has been updated to say County of Albemarle c. G. Please complete. This section has been completed. (Rev. 1) Sign & date. (Rev.2) A person with signatory authority for this operator must sign the certification in Section V. 2. Include all elements of the SWPPP. [17-405] (Rev.1/2) Seal, sign & date. Update sheets as needed. (Rev. 1) Sign & date. Comment Resolved per an email from Frank Pohl on May 28, 2021 2. Include all elements of the SWPPP. [17-405] (Rev. 1) Seal, sign & date. Update sheets as needed. The SWPPP elements have been updated as needed. C. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) 16. (Rev. 1) Note: Nutrient credit purchase required prior to VSMP plan approval. Please coordinate with Ana (akilmer(a-)albemarle.org) on the purchase document. (Rev.2) Acknowledged. The Nutirent credits have been purchased. Attached is the Bill of sale. 19. Rev.2) Provide Isolator Row: Isolator row is now provided and this comment is resolved per chain of emails on June 3, 2021. SHIMP ENGINEERING, P.C. Design Focused Engineering D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) Virginia Code §62.1-44.15:55 requires the VESCP authority to approve or disapprove an ESCP. This plan is disapproved, and the reasons are provided in the comments below. The erosion control plan content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-402. 2. Provide letter, or easement & deed bk/pg references for the offsite improvements. (Rev.1) Not addressed. Please show the off -site construction easements on the plan. The easement will need to be recorded prior to pre -con. VDOT entrance permit will also be needed prior. Also, see comment D.6. The Easement has been Recorded. The deed book and page are now provided on Sheet C2, C3, & C9.
