ALSO, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL ALL SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROL MEASURES THAT CAN LOGISTICALLY BE PLACED BEFORE GRADING COMMENCES. 9. DURING THE INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES TO SUPPORT THE PROJECT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN SERVICE TO NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES.
