I just received word from VDH that they would need soil work for the new drainfield depicted on Lot 1, as that location
was not approved during the previous subdivision review.
Please provide me soil work for the drainfield depicted on the plat for Lot 1 and I'll distribute it to VDH for their review.

I've distributed the revised plat to VDH for their consideration. In the meantime can you revise the building site
note to ensure it states that Lot 1, Lot 2, and Tax Map Parcel 21-40D each contain a building site that complies
with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance.

Please find attached the revised boundary line adjustment survey.
I have revised the plat to show
The location of a primary and reserve drainfield from previous soils work. This should fix the
issue regarding a suitable drainfield area located on lot 1.
Note: "Lot 1, Lot 2, and Tax Map Parcel 21-40D contain a building site that complies with
section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."

I would need soils work for this one as that drainfield area was not approved during the previous subdivision review.

I overlaid the proposed property line on the existing plat of TM#21-40A1. By shifting the property line in 11.07',the
approved drainfield area is compromised (minimum 5 ft. setback to property line). I cannot approved the proposed
boundary line adjustment.
