I just received VDH approval (attached). Please revise the building site note to ensure it states that Lot 1, Lot 2,
and Tax Map Parcel 21-40D each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance. Once completed please submit signed/notarized plats and the plat will be ready for
County approval.

Please find attached a revised boundary line adjustment plat. It is revised to show the dimension to
the drainfield test area, as shown on previous plats and as located. The nearest test site stake to
the boundary line adjustment has been shown, and I have the depicted the test area to fall 10' from
the new boundary line for any future use.
