Chris—Good afternoon. I hope you are well.
I wanted to bring you into the loop on a coordination call that we just had with the Avon Park II HOA. As the developer,
it is our intention to create a landscape_buffer between Avon Park 1 and 2 that provides year-round screening. Because
some neighbors in Avon Park 1 are allergic to cedar trees,we will not be using them in the buffer(or anything in that
family). Jessica Primm is putting together a conceptual landscape plan by next Wednesday that will likely consist of
Giant Arborvitae and Holly Trees with theintention of creating a buffer that is tall/dense while maintaining a texture
that is interesting and not totally uniform.
Let this email serve as confirmation that_we have been and will continue to work with the HOA on this buffer plan. As
we move forward, our goals will remain (in order):
1) Avoid all cedar trees due to resident allergies
2) Create a screening buffer that is dense enough to create privacy
3) Include trees that are fast growing and evergreen
Maryam/Kelly—Let me know if I missed anything.
