Please find attached a pdf of Revised BLA between PID 127-7 and PID 127-10 along with responses to the
comments.
1. [14-302(6)7]Reservoir watershed. Revise note #8 to state that the property is within the Green Creek
Water Watershed, which is not a water supply watershed.
• Note * has been revised to state that it is a Water Watershed.
2. [14-302(6)7]Agricultural-forestal district. Revise note #9 to remove the "does not appear"and state
that it is not located in the Agricultural forestal district.
• Note 9 has been revised to state that it is not located in the Agricultural-Forestal
District.
3. [14-302(A)9]Building site on proposed lots. Revise note #6 to reference Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance.
• Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance is cited in the notes.
4. [14-302(A)10] Right of further division of proposed lots. On the plat either provide the number of
development rights associated with the parcels or provide a note that states this plat does not affect
the development rights associated with the properties.
• The note "This plat does not affect the development rights associated with the
properties," has been added.

5. [14303(0)] Signature Panels. Revise the County's signature block c 'follows: "Agent for the Board of
Supervisors"
• The County Signature Block has been revised to state "Agent for the Board of
Supervisors."
6. [Comment] Please explain the note: "Right-of-way taking 0.073 Ac Highway, project 680H, sheet 5".
What does sheet 5 reference refer to?
• The plat recorded in Deed Book 468 at Page 411 shows a VDH monument location
along State Route 6, Irish Road. Route Number Designations such as State Route 6
indicate that there is public right-of-way dedication and an associated highway plan
showing the dedication. The plat in Deed 224 at Page 28 occurred prior to the
dedication of Route 6. Thus, I am taking into account that about 0.073 acres of land
from PID 127-7 was taken for the right-of-way dedication of State Route 6. See
attached Tiff for Sheet 5 of the Highway Plan.
