What does sheet 5 reference refer to? • The plat recorded in Deed Book 468 at Page 411 shows a VDH monument location along State Route 6, Irish Road. Route Number Designations such as State Route 6 indicate that there is public right-of-way dedication and an associated highway plan showing the dedication. The plat in Deed 224 at Page 28 occurred prior to the dedication of Route 6. Thus, I am taking into account that about 0.073 acres of land from PID 127-7 was taken for the right-of-way dedication of State Route 6. See attached Tiff for Sheet 5 of the Highway Plan. May we proceed with signature sets?
