Hi Christopher,
The portion of the right-of-way take that covers the Waldorf School Road entrance is incorrectly shown on the current
plat.The area calculations are correct as they are based on a frozen layer not shown. Our thought is that the plat needs
to be updated to show the correct line work for the take.
If I can get the property owner to sign the plat today is there any way that I can personally take the plat to you today to
help expediate your signature?Any thoughts on the quickest way to update would be appreciated. Hopefully one day
this plat will be completed and recorded.

I spoke to Joe Medley(joe.medley@timmons.com)who works for Timmons Group. He said that both the County and
VDOT have reviewed the design and right-of-way components of the plans. He believes that everything is in place and
formal and squared away for take.
Going off of Joes comments about the take would you like me to label on the BLA plat and send you a new copy?

The plat associated with the deeds is blury and not legible. Regardless,is this a proposed dedication or has it
already taken place? If it already took place then on the plat label the DB PG REF info for the action. Did the
_County review the plat that accomplished this dedication?Did VDOT approve it?

Would you be able to have a look at this BLA since Christopher will be out till the 31st?The property owners were hoping
to have a resolution relatively quickly since it was just one very minor comment.
Also, I do want to let you know that since the first review I did add the new private lateral easement. It goes along the
rear of TMP 61-174 and TMP 61-172A for the benefit of TMP 61-172.The property owners had a discussion with Jeremy
Lynn and this was what they agreed on. Let me know if you have any questions or need more information.
