The applicant has submitted a copy of the final plat and the SWM deed of easement(attached),the hard copies are in my
mailbox. Can you facilitate the County Executive's signature on the deed?
Once its signed, let me know and then we can approve the plat.

Do you need copies of the plat too?The size is too large for my regular scanner, if you need it I will work with
Paul our records management coordinator to get a copy of that scanned. Let me know.

I figured that was the case. I apologize for the confusion on this. In a pre-COVID world, I could more easily fix this
mistake. Chris is working on getting the plat scanned,which, due to it's sheet size, is not that simple. Hopefully,
someone can get you a scanned copy soon.

Thanks,what I need is an electronic copy of the executed deed,so I can forward it along with the plat to be signed by
VDOT's right of director. And then it's returned to you guys to be recorded at the clerk's office,along with providing
VDOT with a copy of the recorded deed.

maintenance deed this morning.All of these have been signed by the owner and notarized.

owner signatures with the final plat. The plat is not ready for approval at this time,pending VDOT approval(see
attached review).
