• Planning Commission Minutes—may be obtained online or by contacting PC Recording Secretary
• Board of Supervisor Minutes—maybe obtained online or by contacting the Clerk of BOS
• Construction Documents—will be added to this folder after completion of project. Prior to completion,
documents may be obtained by contacting the County Engineer.
NOTES: SDP/SUB project folders will be accepted by the Imaging Center when the following items are complete:
1) Checklist is completed and included in folder;
2) Folder has a typed status label.(same font&label color as project label)placed under the project label to
;reflect current project status and date;
3) Documents are Acco-fastened(except.plats/plans),and in chronological.order(latest documents on top);
4) Documents are sufficiently identified as to which need to be scanned or saved to LaserFiche.
If the above items are not complete,Imaging Center staff will circle the'incomplete item and return folder to the Chief of
Planning for corrective action.
