When you go to sign this plat please review note#18, as the applicant had originally submitted a version that is since obsolete,to which I asked Buck to throw away (I want to make sure that happened and you don't sign the wrong version). The correct note#18 should state: "TMP 17-16 is assigned 7 development rights (5 DRs assigned from the 1980 boundaries of TMP 17-16 and 2 assigned from the 1980 boundaries of TMP 17-25E) and may be further divided and when further divided these rights shall not comprise more than 47 acres within their 1980 boundaries. Finley Jr- BLA Christopher I changed note#18 to reflect the development rights and mailed it to the Fenleys to sign.The set signed on the 16th that the Finleys dropped off on the 16th.We have been trying to retrieve that set to destroy so there will not be any confusion.We were not successful and today this final set was dropped off to be signed. Can you help us locate the first set that needs to be destroyed?
