I hope to send this out next week. That's the status update. Specifically it being in an Agricultural Forestal District.Additionally the private road standards that would apply to this division are typically prohibitive. I called the applicant and explained all the issues.He understands the issues and per my suggestion would like to revise the submittal to be a family subdivision,which appears to clear up all the issues that is prohibiting the approval as it was currently submitted.The applicant would like the existing fee he has paid to be counted towards the family subdivision fee and he will pay the difference.To facilitate this are you amenable to issuing a refund of the original application fee ($581)and having the applicant submit the new fee and the new application for the family division?The current application will be withdrawn and once submitted a new application number will be assigned.
