The applicant seeks to change the SWM easement with the plat, to which I assume matches an as built. Please review and have comments to me by Dec 15. It maybe appropriate for Engineering to be the lead on this plat and have planning merely provide you comments on the notes and such. If this is something you are willing to do let me know and I'll change the lead in CV. Thus you would need to submit an easement plat application. On that plat vacate the previously recorded easement and plat the new ones. Here is the application. The fee is $215.
