SUB202000209 Earlysville Road-Easement Plat
Attached is a submittal that needs to be reviewed by Engineering. The applicant seeks to change the SWM
easement with the plat, to which I assume matches an as built. Please review and have comments to me by Dec
15. It maybe appropriate for Engineering to be the lead on this plat and have planning merely provide you
comments on the notes and such. If this is something you are willing to do let me know and I'll change the lead
in CV. Thanks

Tim,
From your request it appears that the only thing changing from the previously approved plat are a couple
easements. Thus you would need to submit an easement plat application. On that plat vacate the previously
recorded easement and plat the new ones. Here is the application. The fee is $215.
