Tim,
From your request it appears that the only thing changing from the previously approved plat are a couple
easements. Thus you would need to submit an easement plat application. On that plat vacate the previously
recorded easement and plat the new ones Here is the application. The fee is $215

application, but not sure exactly what fee are due->
