Frank,
Yes, but would an existing deed reference an existing SWM easement plat, which appears likely to change? At both
Keswick and MJH, new deeds and easements were required to replace existing recorded deeds and SWM
easements. One good thing, with an existing deed, most of the work is done:just transfer information that likely hasn't
changed to the deed template, the rest goes pretty smoothly.
Thanks!

A new SWM deed isn't required since the deed references the WPO number, the TMP,and the revised
easement is associated with the same WPO number and TMP.

So we'll have to record a new SWM deed with this plat. That's a pain.

No,as discussed with Tim Miller in the email below this should be an easement plat, plain and simple.
He needs to vacate the portion of the existing easement that is incorrect now and replat the new
easement with this plat. Both things came happen on this plat. Also, the title of the plat needs changing.

Chris or Frank,
Would this plat be recorded under the same deed book& page? This new plat would replace the
previously recorded one?
Thanks,
David James

Engineering Staff,
SUB202000209 Earlysville Road-Easement Plat
Attached is a submittal that needs to be reviewed by Engineering. The applicant seeks to change
the SWM easement with the plat, to which I assume matches an as built. Please review and have
comments to me by Dec 15. It may be appropriate for Engineering to be the lead on this plat and
have planning merely provide you comments on the notes and such. If this is something you are
willing to do let me know and I'll change the lead in CV. Thanks

Tim,
From your request it appears that the only thing changing from the previously approved plat are a
couple easements Thus you would need to submit an easement plat application. On that plat
vacate the previously recorded easement and plat the new ones Here is the application. The fee
is $215
