At both Keswick and MJH, new deeds and easements were required to replace existing recorded deeds and SWM easements. One good thing, with an existing deed, most of the work is done:just transfer information that likely hasn't changed to the deed template, the rest goes pretty smoothly. Thanks! He needs to vacate the portion of the existing easement that is incorrect now and replat the new easement with this plat. Both things came happen on this plat. Also, the title of the plat needs changing.
