The above final plat is currently under reviewed, once approved it will be in your court for
compliance with cash proffers (proffer #2) and affordable housing payments (proffer#3). This
final plat is creating a single lot...lot #56, which is technically the 68th lot-being platted in the
development of Estes Park. There was a numbering error in the previous phase 2 plat, which
accidently skipped lot #56. Thus with the platting of this final permissible lot in Estes Park
development, I believe,a few proffers are being triggered. This is merely a heads up email for
proffer tracking.
[ZMA2012-8] Proffer #2. The cash contribution shall be $19,753.68 for each single family
detached dwelling unit. The cash contribution for this unit shall be paid at the time of the
issuance of the building permit.
[ZMA2012-8] Proffer #3. The owner shall pay the Affordable Housing Cash Proffer to the
County in ten increments, with this being the 68th dwelling unit within the project, this 10th
increment is triggered.
