Please see attached information from the health department for T.M. 31-38C (RE: SUB2019-164 Jennifer
Mitchell-BLA).
It appears that the residue of Parcel 38C does have primary and reserve areas for septic drainfields.

Gwen,
I went to the health department and they supplied me with the attached information. They said the
Boundry Line Adjustment should be drawn, given to the county, and then if the county needs approval
from the Health Department, they will submit it to them for approval. I hope the information attached
helps.

Jim contacted us yesterday about going forward with the Boundary Line Adjustment.

We still need to know if Parcel 38C a reserve septic drainfield area on rel,uiu at the health department or
if soil work will need to be done for Health Department Approval.
Parcel 38C contains less than 5 acres and according to the current ordinance would require Health
Department Approval for a Boundary Line Adjustment reducing the acreage of that parcel.
You or Jim may want to check with the Health Department to see what exist for this parcel and if soil work for
a reserve septic drainfield will be needed for Health Department Approval.
If soil work is needed, additional survey work will be needed to locate the soil test holes and provide the soil
consultant with the required data for his report.
We will go ahead and get a proposal together for the Boundary Line Adjustment.

We have pulled some information in preparation of preparing a proposal for the proposed Boundary Line
Adjustment between your property and T.M. 31-38C.
Parcel 38C contains less than 5 acres and according to the current ordinance would require Health
