Please show linework on Lot 28 consistent with recorded 'off site' permanent grading/temporary construction
easement. Please include labels, as appropriate. Engineering anticipates recorded Easement from individual owner,Lot
28,to Dunlora Owner. Scott/CE has been quite helpful in this regard. Lindley Place improvements must be bonded with
SUB201900172. Please request a subdivision bond estimate using form at link,below—please submit$269 fee, and refer
to SUB201900172;this initiates the process. Last: once all plat review comments are addressed,Engineering will be
positioned to format a deed of dedication of easement for SWM Facility/Facility Access. We appreciate RGA or
Planning notification once all Agency plat review comments are addressed, so we may format the deed and circulate .PDF
of final plat and formatted deed for internal legal review. Once internal review is complete(if no legal-basis request for
plat or deed revision),Engineering will send.PDF of deed to Applicant and request Applicant submit signed/notarized
deed and signed/notarized plat for final routing for county executive/county attorney's office signatures. Once signed
and returned to CDD,an Authorized Agent will sign the fmal plat. Items will then be returned to Applicant for LS-
signature,prior to recordation. Please send circuit court receipt of recorded plat to Engineering(djames2@albemarle.org
)and Planning(cperez@albemarle.org)for CV/file system update. Please let us know if you have any
