Remarks: Reviewers: The attached plat is associated with SDP2016-7 Inglewood Terrace- final site
plan & SUB2016-104 Inglewood Terrace- road plans.

As a reminder VDOT never accepted the portion of the right-of-way highlighted on the plat,thus the
County still owns it.With this plat the applicant intends to vvaeation this portion of the right of way.
After preliminarily looking over the plat—I offer the following large items that I plan to comment on.
- The boundary line adjustment aspects of the proposal look fine; however,the plat needs to be revised
to label and actually vacate the portion of right-of-way being considered.Also,the plat should be
revised to depict/label the end of state maintenance.

Additionally,my biggest concern w/the current proposal is that once approved th oper own" s
of TMP 61K-5-D4 (Ms. Koehn) and TMP 61K-5-C-13 (Ms. Steil) are not required the County to
provide access to TMP 61K 10-A (Mr. Gillispie). I suggest that this plat be revised o grant an acce
easement over the vacated right-of-way that's being added to Ms. Koehn &Ms. Stel land.
