Question:why is Mr. & Mrs. Miller apart of this agreement? I understand there is an existing shared 30'joint access easement(DB 1654-294)with their property but nothing appears to be happening to that easement. Please speak to this before I send it out for CA review. Generally speaking I would guess it would be better for you to do so because if the request comes from a lawyer, it makes the other side more likely to lawyer up.
