Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)
The SWPPP content requirements can be found in County Code section 17-405 A
SWPPP must contain (1) a PPP, (2)an ESCP, (3) a SWMP, and (4)any TMDL measures
necessary

The SWPPP has been updated with the latest version of the registration

Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP)
VSMP Regulation 9VAC25-870-108 requires the VSMP authority to approve or
disapprove a SWMP This plan is disapproved, and the reasons are provided in the
comments below.The stormwater management plan content requirements can be
found in County Code section 17-403.
6 (#16) (Rev.2)Adjust angle of outlet& OP to BMP
Per email with County staff on 3/18/21, the angle of the pipe has not been
( changed. Instead, the riprap outlet protection apron and gravel diaphragm has
been expanded to aid in dissipating flows evenly into the BMP.Additional spot
shots within the apron have been added to C7.5 to ensure the apron is
constructed as designed.See revised sheet C7.5.
7. (#17) (Rev.2)Sheet 7.7—Add a trash rack/screen to orifice at weir bottom.
A trash rack has been added to protect the control structure orifice.See new
