Ms. Long,
You are hereby notified that after an investigation of the above -described property and the action taken by Board of Supervisors to grant the
special exceptions for R.A. Yancey Lumber Corporation the violation of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance as described in VIO-2019-428 has
been abated. This conclusion is based on the August 28, 2020 onsite inspection and the Board of Supervisors action as stated in the attached
resolution.
There will be no further actions taken on this matter, provided the site remains in compliance. In addition, if there are further violations, the
timetables for compliance will be significantly shortened. Thank you for your cooperation in resolving the issues and bringing the site into
compliance.
