ADDITIONAL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE IS MINOR AND THE EXISTING POND ADJACENT TO THE

Subject: Boar's Head Inn Spa Site Plan Approval
Dear Mr. Glass:
Further to our spa site plawsubmission, I would like to inform you that we have
retained the architectural firm of Nelson/Byrd to develop a Master Plan, which will
help to define site circulation patterns as well as plant material types and
locations. Upon approval of the Master Plan, a Landscape Plan will be
completed and submitted to the Albemarle County Department of Planning for
review and inclusion in the file.
I would also like to mention that all trash generated from the spa will go to our
current disposal areas where we have sufficient capacity.
We greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
