Upon approval of the Master Plan, a Landscape Plan will be completed and submitted to the Albemarle County Department of Planning for review and inclusion in the file. I would also like to mention that all trash generated from the spa will go to our current disposal areas where we have sufficient capacity. We greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
