To Whom It May Concern:
The Boar's Head Inn would like to add a laundry storage shed to the loading dock area
behind the Main Inn.
This storage shed will be 34' Wide x 10'6" Deep and 12' High at the peak.
— Dirt will be excavated from the existing bank to make room for the shed.
— A retaining wall will be constructed along the back and both sides.
— The shed will be constructed of wood (Pressure treated where wood comes in contact
with the earth).
— Waterproofing and drain tile will be placed behind the retaining walls to prevent
leaking and allow water to drain away from the shed.
— 2" Chain Link fence will be installed instead of framed walls, above the retaining
wall.
— Cedar shake shingles will be used on the roof.
— This site is not visible from Route 250.
