Kelsey, PE - Civil Engin L DATE: July 6, 1993 RE: Boar's Head Inn Major Site Plan Amendment; SDP 93-019 The Engineering Department has reviewed the revised site plan for the above referenced project. Since the plan status has changed to a major amendment, it will go to the Planning Commission and only preliminary approval is sought at this time. Engineering Department requirements for preliminary site plans have been addressed. Therefore, preliminary site plan approval is hereby granted. Final Site Plan approval will be granted upon satisfactory address of comments number 1 & 3, of our memo dated June 23, 1993, as reiterated below: 1. Provide more detail and information regarding the site grading and provisions for drainage. 2. Engineering Department approval of an erosion-& sediment control plan. I have noted in green on the attached plan, the clarifications required for the grading and drainage of this site. In addition, I have delineated in red, the approximate limits of the clearing & grading. Since approximately 16,000 square feet will be disturbed to construct the improvements, submittal of a soil erosion & sediment control plan is required. Call me if there are any questions. McCulley, Zoning Administrator all\ DATE: July 1, 1993 RE: Boar's Head New Tent Location - Revision Comments Please be advised that I have reviewed the revised plan dated 6/24/93, and it satisfies my comments. This is specifically the parking notations and the key to parking areas. In the review of the request for parking located beyond 500 feet, you may wish to require pedestrian walkways which link the closest parking lots and the road, to the tent area.
