Such a fast turn around would not have been normal even pre-covid.

I have chatted with one of the other subdivision reviewers that has been at the County for many years.
He agrees that revision dates are required.
Please see the highlighted section of the Subdivision Ordinance attached.
If others have not required revision dates they must have just missed it in their review.
Therefore, you have two outstanding comments on this review.
One of which you mentioned you mentioned in your last email that you would address on submittal for signatures.
The other is to add the revision date as specified in the previous round of review comments.
I've attached the comments to be addressed.
As long as you address both of these comments you can do so at the time of submittal for signatures.
A revision date is and will be required.
So please do not submit the signature sets without the revision date being added.
After addressing the remaining comment do the following:
• Submit 2 or more signed/notarized originals of the plat. The County will be keeping one for our files.
• Ensure on the transmittal for the submittal that it is put to my attention, but also that it is stated it is for
signatures.
• Email me to let me know that it has been submitted, so that I will know to come into the office in order to
process the submission and get it signed (after one last quick review for the final comments).
• After it is signed you will be contacted to let you know your originals are ready for pick up.

I have not yet reviewed what you submitted this morning and I'm still looking from confirmation from others that
you should be allowed not to include a revision date.
The revision date is specifically listed in the subdivision ordinance as a requirement, all other surveyors I have
worked with have not had a problem including a revision date, and I have required it on all of the plats I have
reviewed here, unless I happened to accidentally miss it in my review.
I will let you know once I have reviewed the resubmitted plat and I've gotten an answer in reference to a revision
date.

Can you provide the full documents and for both parcels?
Also, once I have the paper work for both parcels I will have to confirm whether this is sufficient for the

Hi Ms. Saternye,
I've attached copies given to me by the owner about the existing drainfields in both lots.
I have checked the land records for utility easements on these lots. I have found 4 possible easements, all
with just general descriptions without any sketches or plats. I am not comfortable with showing easements
on the utility lines shown on my plat. I would list them in a note as possibly affecting this property. Would
this be acceptable?
