They are shifting the parcel lines of the existing lots located in and around the Town Center area. My understanding is that they're doing this to merge the parcel that was previously platted for the ice rink into the other existing lots. The ice rink is no longer proposed on that original parcel. There are no new easements or anything proposed with this BLA. But I am transmitting it to Engineering because there are some existing SWM easements within the parcels that are having their lot lines changed. Just want to make sure this doesn't affect any of the recorded stormwater agreements or impact any pending WPO reviews/approvals. Please take a look and send me any comments or approvals by Thursday, April 15'. Please let me know if you have any questions.
