However, the site plan was just re- submitted today for review with Planning, Engineering, ACSA, and RWSA. Since approvals from all reviewers have not yet been received, we can't review the plat because there may be further revisions needed with the site plan. Therefore, you will need to withdraw the application unless you want to go with option #1. The staff member you should contact to initiate the refund is Jennifer Pritchett and her email is 0pritchett@albemarle.org. Please CC me when you email her, and I will take care of withdrawing the plat through our County View system. Please let me know if you have any questions. Can we defer the application until the Final Site Plan is approved? It looks like hopefully that's not too far out. If that's not a possibility, let me know and we will just withdraw it until the FSP is approved. The application type selected was "Subdivision following final site plan approval" The final site plan for Belvedere Phase 5A, SDP202000036, is still under review and not yet approved. A final plat for Phase 5A cannot be submitted for review as the application type that was selected. There are two options: A final plat for Phase 5A can be reviewed, but a different application must be filled out and submitted. Since the final site plan is not approved, any final plats that you wish to have reviewed will need to go through the site review committee (SRC) process as a combined preliminary/final subdivision plat. The plat type would be a standard final plat, but the fees for both a preliminary plat and final plat must be paid. You paid $742.00 + $75.00 for the application, but the applicable fees are $1,236.00 + $75.00 (preliminary plat application fee) + $1,322.00 + $75.00 (final plat application fee) for a total of $2,708.00. You can submit the fee difference of $1,891.00 and a new application and revised plat under the current application number, and it will be reviewed by the SRC. o Please be aware that this subdivision type requires additional information on the actual plat in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinance. The current plat would need to be revised so that all applicable Ordinance requirements are met. • Withdraw SUB202000159 and get a refund of your $817.00 payment. You can then wait until the final site plan for Phase 5A is approved, and submit a new application for approval of a final plat following final site plan approval. It is entirely up to you for which option you choose. The second option is cheaper and requires less information on the plat, which may be an easier route to pursue. If you want to proceed with option 1, review of the plat will not begin until the fee difference is paid, and a revised plat addressing all applicable Ordinance sections is submitted. Please let me know as soon as possible which option you would like to take with this project.
