SUB2020-232 Collins Engineering Easement Plat has been approved. I received the fully signed SWM Deed of Dedication from David James today. The signed/approved plat originals and the fully signed original SWM Deed of Dedication are both in the envelop (provided by Gwen) for one of you to pick up at the Front Desk in the bins. Please remember that the SWM Deed of Dedication must be recorded with the plat. Once both of them are recorded please forward me the recordation receipt so that I have it for the site plan. Good morning Scott, If you want to get the deed signed and sent to me, I will deliver it along with the plats to the county. Hopefully the owner can print it, sign it before a notary, scan and return it so that we can get the plat signed. He should be able to mail the original for recording in the clerk's office. There are no modifications required for the plat itself. Therefore: 1. Once Engineering (David J. and their team) provide you with the SWIM easement deed of dedication, and once he say that it is ready for the owners signature, please also send around the plat for signature, notarization and the surveyors seal. 2. Please note that Planning will be keeping one of the signed original plats. Therefore you should submit 2 or 3 sets of signed, notarized, and sealed original plats. 3. Once a both the original plat sets, and the SWIM easement deed of dedication, are signed by all the owners and the plat is sealed by the surveyor, then please provide all of the original plat sets to David J. in addition to the direction he gives you on the deed. I am on vacation next week, so David J. has agreed to be the point of contact for submitting the signature sets of the plat. 4. David will Shepard getting the County Signatures on the SWM easement deed of dedication. Follow any direction he gives you on that document. 5. If I am not yet back from vacation by the time all of this is finished then David J. will reach out to the appropriate people in planning for the last step in the approval. I'm working with Ana to get the owners information on the SWM agreement. Once the agreement is completed I (Engineering) can draft up the Deed of dedication to send to the owner for signature and then the plat will be ready for signatures.
